Yes, those are geese on top of a local school.
In early Irish monastic texts, the Holy Spirit is often described as wild geese.
As I stood and pondered with the Lord this particular morning, He spoke to me about His heart for young people. That His Spirit is brooding over the young generations.
There is no junior Holy Spirit. There is only THE Holy Spirit.
He is coming, not just for us, but also for our families. For our children. His Spirit will fall, and it is going to catch like wildfire; entire schools will be spontaneously saved. And then, in turn, those children will carry their torches back to their families. Entire lineages will be turned back to God, who otherwise would not have ever given a thought to the Almighty Father… because of the Spirit-filled words from the youngest of us.
His Spirit is brooding over our children.
“Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.’ When he had placed his hands upon them, he went on from there.” (Matthew 19:14)
The number two speaks of witness.
The roof signifies covering and protection over the people inside.
At the time I witnessed this pair of feathered witnesses, it was Holy Tuesday, also known as Fig Tuesday, because it is the day when Jesus returned to Jerusalem and cursed the barren fig tree (see Mark 11:12-25 and Matthew 21:18-22).
We have all witnessed the crimes and shortcomings of public education in stark reality over the last several years. Witnesses can be witnesses to crimes, but they can also be witnesses to Truth. I believe this is the hour for believers to rise up and begin declaring God's heart, His protection and covering over our schools and children; to begin raising our voices and standing against ungodly doctrines and teaching that is going on in public education.
God's heart is for the children. They are precious and worthy of protection. They have been entrusted into our care. We must pray and intercede for them.
"If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea." (Matthew 18:6)
I would encourage you to seek the Lord in how best to align with His Kingdom in this hour. Whether that is to take communion and make scriptural declarations over your local schools, organize a prayer walk, or a new thing, I would encourage you to partner with the Holy Spirit to see his Kingdom come.
